We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access and use. However, please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your information.

Please do not buy, sell, transfer, rent, and/or lease your account and/or password to other people. We will not take any responsibility for the illegal use of your account by others that is caused by hacking or negligent password keeping.

Account Deletion  
You can delete your account by contacting us at All your Personal Data will be deleted together with your account. Please, bear in mind that you will also lose your account preferences, synced settings on different devices and any eBooks or other content published on the Media365 website. We cannot restore any of these once your account is deleted.

We may use your Personal Data to contact you about your account, any maintenance related issues, or send you newsletters, marketing and promotional information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving some of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any e-mail or message we send. We use mandatory email service announcements to update you about important changes to your Media365 account or the content you publish on our Service.

GDPR Compliance
