The Riemann Zeta function and the Fourier Transform

The Riemann Hypothesis, first formulated in 1859 by Bernhard Riemann, is considered the most important open problem in mathematics. It is part of Hilbert's twenty-three problems and seven millennium problems, for the solution of each of which the Clay Mathematical Institute has offered a prize of one million dollars.Marcello Colozzo, a graduate in Physics, has been involved in online teaching of Mathematics and Physics since 2008 through the Extra Byte website where "simulations" are performed in the Mathematica computing environment.
